Today, I continue developing a training system based on my father’s experience, integrating modern approaches such as deep muscle activation, mobility, balance, and functional strength.
This period left a strong impression on our family. For us, Guangzhou is not just a place — it is part of our history.
My father, Oleg Sugako, served as the head coach of the Guangzhou freestyle wrestling team from 1992 to 1994. During that time, I lived in Guangzhou with him for about a year as a child.
